With a background in corporate training and IT, James runs an HMO rental business and a caravan hire business. He has over 15 years’ experience of managing HMO tenants as well as well as ensuring that the business is compliant with legal and licensing standards, which has included understanding the needs of HMO licencing and planning officers, housing agencies and fire assessment departments. He is also a licensed HMO Responsible Person.
